I'm Evin, a psychologist helping people work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I offer therapy in English, Turkish, and Dutch, both online and at my Rotterdam practice.
Limited spots available
You might recognize yourself in one or more of these.
Persistent worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, or feeling constantly on edge. Anxiety often spreads into unexpected areas of life, making ordinary tasks feel overwhelming.
When motivation disappears and life feels heavy, it helps to understand what's happening. I work with feelings of emptiness, loss of interest, and the exhaustion that comes from carrying difficult emotions without support.
Relocation, career changes, relationship shifts, becoming a parent. These major transitions can unsettle your sense of who you are. Therapy provides space to process what's changed and find your footing.
Recurring conflicts, communication struggles, difficulty with boundaries, patterns that repeat across relationships. Understanding how you relate to others can break cycles that cause pain.
Living abroad brings specific challenges: questions about identity, grief for what you left behind, navigating relationships across cultures. My own international background and training in migration psychology inform how I work with these experiences.
You don't need a diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Many people come to understand themselves better, work through old patterns, or simply have a space for honest reflection.
Therapy is not advice-giving. My role is to help you understand what's happening beneath the surface: the tension between who you were, who you're becoming, and who you want to be.
As an independent practitioner, I work outside insurance frameworks. No diagnosis required, no treatment time limits, no referral letter needed. What we work on is guided by you.
I work with weekly sessions because consistent contact builds momentum. If you're considering starting, it's worth knowing this upfront.
A space where you can be completely yourself, without fear of judgment.
I'll be with you from start to finish. No handoffs, no repeating your story.
Short waiting times, evening slots available, and the choice of online or in-person.
Everything you share stays between us. Your privacy is guaranteed.

No. I work independently from insurance companies, so you can contact me directly without a referral letter.
The first session is about understanding your situation: what brought you here, what you're dealing with now, and what you hope to change. It's also a chance to see if working together feels right.
Sessions are €130 for 45 minutes. I send an invoice after each session.
Yes, completely. I'm bound by professional ethics and Dutch law to protect your privacy.
Having lived in Turkey, Canada, the US, Germany, and the Netherlands, I understand what it's like to navigate different cultures.
We can work with whatever timeframe you have. If you relocate, online sessions allow us to continue regardless of where you move.
I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, with international experience at universities in Canada, the US, the Netherlands, and Germany.
I work with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and identity questions. My approach draws on CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness, adapted to what actually helps you.
As a NIP-registered psychologist, I offer therapy in English, Turkish, and Dutch. My international background means I understand the particular challenges of living between cultures, though I work with anyone seeking support.
I'm also an active member of the NIP Committee for Culture and Diversity, contributing to the profession's understanding of culturally sensitive mental healthcare.
I have worked as a psychologist at VIVIQ GGZ, Cirya GGZ, and GGZ in Balans, gaining experience across different treatment settings and client populations. Earlier, I completed clinical internships at Balikli Greek Hospital, YOL Clinic, and ABC Clinic, working with depression, anxiety, stress, cultural adjustment, and personality difficulties.
